1. No Returns or Exchanges Due to the Nature of Print on Demand
Because every product is made custom just for you at the time of your order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
· Change of mind
· Ordered the wrong size or color
· Didn't like the product in person
· Found a better price elsewhere
This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws for custom-made goods.
2. When You CAN Get a Refund or Replacement
I will only issue a refund or free replacement if I or my production partner (Printify) made a clear error, such as:
· Printing defect: Crooked design, missing colors, fading, or misalignment
· Product defect: Torn seams, holes, stains, or broken items upon arrival
· Wrong item shipped: You ordered a hoodie but received a t-shirt
· Significant quality issue: The product clearly does not match the listing photos
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
You have 30 days from delivery to file a claim.
Step 1: Take clear photos showing the issue (include the entire product and a close-up of the defect).

Please Include:
· Your order number
· Clear photos of the issue
· A brief description of what went wrong
Step 3: I will review your claim within 2 business days.
4. What Happens Next
· If approved: I will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
· If denied: I will explain why (e.g., the issue is normal variance or customer-caused damage).
5. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
· Wrong address provided by you: I cannot refund or replace. Double-check your address before ordering.
· Lost by carrier: Contact me within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. I will file a claim with the shipping carrier and either refund or replace once the claim is approved.
· Marked "Delivered" but not received: Check with neighbors and your local post office first. I cannot refund for theft after confirmed delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
· You have reviewed the size charts and product details
· Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life
· Custom products are final sale unless defective
